In order to meet the world’s growing need for petroleum and petrochemical goods, our company has gathered a fleet of partners. This has set us apart, so we provide all of our customers and partners a one-stop shop for services. With offices and departments spread across 17 nations, we consistently serve our partners globally with petroleum and petrochemical products through our logistic department.
We significantly contribute to the supply chain, the quality of petroleum and petrochemical products stored at our Tank Farm, the prudent use of natural resources, and environmental protection by storing by-products, refined petroleum and petrochemical products, raw materials, equipment, and other utilities of the oil and gas industry in materials beneficial to society.
The locations of our terminals and tanks range from the world’s largest terminal to modest gathering places and corporate storage facilities spread around Rotterdam and Houston, respectively. Our tanks can carry between 57,000 and 575,000 barrels of petroleum products and are 40 to 60 feet high and 150 to 270 feet in diameter. The design specifications of pipeline and refinery clients dictate the tank’s dimensions.
To control vapors, primary and secondary seals are used to create floating roofs on storage tanks. These seals lower pollutants and ignition risk and are found close to the oil’s surface. Modern devices, including as mixers and radar that monitors tank levels, are employed to preserve product integrity during breakout storage. In the ports of Rotterdam and Houston, respectively, we run 12 petroleum storage terminals totaling 180 tanks. Trained personnel who reside in the surrounding towns work at the ports.
Our tank farm facilities and terminals are subject to stringent laws and must adhere to extensive transportation criteria that cover everything from tank size, design, and maintenance to safety precautions including containment, air quality standards, and other environmental permits. Building In Safety World Point Terminals are well-kept buildings that have been planned, constructed, and positioned to have as little of an influence as possible on the general population.
